Dear Attorney. Strauss:
Re: Prosecution of Donald Trump
I am writing you regarding your decision refusing to prosecute ex-President Donald Trump for making false statements to the Federal Elections Commission via omission regarding the reporting of campaign expenditures for the Donald Trump for President Campaign Committee, Inc. I do not know the exact incorporated name of Donald Trump’s incorporated primary election campaign committee. Please read the attached letter which I mailed to you previously demanding that you prosecute ex-President Donald Trump under Title 18 U.S.C. Section 1001 and Title 18 U.S.C. Section 1008, making false statements to a U.S. government agency, to wit the Federal Election Commission.
Ms. Strauss, you have failed to reply to the attached letter and failed to inform me if you intend to prosecute Donald Trump and you intend to protect Donald Trump from appropriate prosecution and Grand Jury indictment. I presume that you have decided not to prosecute Trump. Since Trump committed multiple felonies your wrongful decision and wrongful action to protect Donald Trump constitutes attorney misconduct of the highest level and also constitutes a serious crime committed by you, I allege, misprison of a felony. Prosecutors are not allowed to protect criminals who committed felonies, on a discretionary basis, when the evidence are facts. Unless I hear from you within the next ten days by mail I will be filing attorney misconduct complaints with the United States District Court, disciplinary panel for attorney misconduct against you, Ms. Strauss. I also will file attorney misconduct complaints against you Ms. Strauss with the appropriate New York Supreme Court Appellate Department panel with whom you are legally licensed to practice law in New York State. I am aware, Ms. Strauss, that the federal court can bar you from federal practice as an attorney permanently. I will be serving you with a copy of the complaint of attorney misconduct that I file against you, Ms. Strauss, with the U.S. District Court disciplinary panel.
It is regrettable that as a Republican Trump appointee to the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York, that you protect high ranking Republican criminals, as you protect ex-President Donald Trump. The biggest problem with our legal system, Ms. Strauss, is that prosecutors, like you, decide to protect prominent high-level, high-ranking citizens like Donald Trump, knowing that such citizens are guilty of serious crimes. You would not decide to protect a middle class or working class ordinary person who was or is guilty of serious crimes, where the evidence are facts. You seem to have been happy to ignore my original letter demanding prosecution of Donald Trump.I guess, Ms. Strauss, you can tell your story and explain why to the United States District Court judges on the disciplinary panel.
